The following is a list of forms and other materials that might be useful to you in your practice. We have included a few of the forms we use. If you have useful practice materials that you would like to share with other professionals, we would be glad to consider posting them in this area of our Website.

A global communication and information network, providing information to those in the healthcare and mental health care fields. Their free  weekly e-mail Newsletter provides information and links to news events and sites that are of interest to professionals in the Mental Health fields.

Physicians' Desk Reference. Medication and healthcare information for professionals and consumers.

ShrinkTank is one of the oldest telecommunication sites in existence. It went online in 1983 as a dial up Bulletin Board System, before the existence of the Internet. It is a virtual library of psychology and mental health related files, programs and links.

Therapist Things. Contains a variety of psychology products and resources for psychotherapists.

Guidelines for Non-Sexual Dual Relationships in Psychotherapy.

Psychotherapy Resource Center. Lists links to various mental heath resources, including health plans operating in California.

www.InvisibleClock.com. A small timer that allows you to track time by silent vibration signals. Great for presentations, meetings, counseling sessions, medication reminders. It's an excellent way to pace any repetitive need, practice a new habit, or as a memory aid. Great for ADD/ADHD uses. Use as a silent alarm clock!

California Psychology Network. Useful resources for the public, and useful resources for psychologists.
